Hello! I’m Mrs. Amber Jackson. This is my 10th year teaching in Washington Township and my 8th year here at Early Learning Center. I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, a Masters certificate in Autism, and a Masters of Arts in Preschool Special Education, all from Ball State University.

I have a son, Santana, who enjoys anything outside or sports related. He is in the third grade at Greenbriar Elementary School and has a love for reading and learning. My husband and I enjoy playing golf and cooking together. Our favorite family activity is traveling and going to zoos, as we love wild animals! We have visited seven different zoos around the country so far and have plans for more next summer. Our favorite, so far, has been the Denver Zoo!

I attended Washington Township schools growing up and now my son is attending school in Washington Township as well. This is a wonderful place to learn and I am so proud to be part of such an amazing school district.

Please feel free to contact me if you ever have questions or concerns. I send a letter home on Mondays that announce “Our Week Ahead” so you know what we are doing in the classroom everyday. Parent involvement is so important at this age. I love having parents visit and volunteer in our classroom, so please contact me if this is something you would like to do!
