Hello!

My name is Trish Searight and I have been with Washington Township Schools as a developmental preschool teacher for three years. Prior to teaching, I was an instructional assistant for two years.  I received my undergraduate degree in education from the University of Dayton and received my master’s degree from Butler University in special education. I previously taught for 11 years in both special and elementary education programs in the Indianapolis area. I am married and have three very active teenagers who keep me busy.

Outside of school, I love to read, go to movies, and spend time outdoors. Most of all, though, I love to spend time with my family and friends.
